A unified workspace for therapists and their practice.

Keep the full client context between sessions. Review every note. Maintain clear professional boundaries.

PR-TOP brings together client diaries, session notes, assignments, and secure communication in one place. It helps you organize routine work, while clinical judgment and client decisions remain with you.

Your Practice, Simplified

Six concrete changes to how your week runs — less administrative overhead, deeper continuity with each client, and professional boundaries that hold.

Session notes you review and control

After each session, a structured draft is ready for your review. You read, adjust, and confirm — documentation becomes a five-minute task, not an evening project.

Full context, always at hand

Every client's history, notes, and client timeline are in one protected place. Walk into your next appointment knowing exactly where you left off, however large your caseload.

Your practice controls access

Clinical content is encrypted with AES-256 and stored in the EU. You decide who within your practice can access it — PR-TOP acts as a data processor under your control.

A workday that ends when you choose

Set the hours when client messages are delivered and when you receive notifications. Clients feel supported; you have a clear end to your professional day and time to recover properly.

Capture a thought the moment it comes

Record a quick observation between appointments — it is transcribed and saved as a private draft under the right client file. Nothing slips through the gap between sessions; the draft enters the clinical record only after your review.

A familiar channel for clients — on your terms

Clients can keep a diary, complete exercises, and send updates in Telegram — without learning another app. You receive everything in a structured workspace, not in your personal inbox.

A week in your practice with PR-TOP

Five moments therapists recognize — and how the workspace fits into each one.

  1. Monday morning

    Walking in prepared

You have six clients this week. Before your first session you open PR-TOP — last note, diary entries since then, the exercise you assigned. You walk in knowing exactly where you left off, even after a break.

  2. After the session

    Notes in five minutes

A 50-minute session ends. Instead of spending your evening reconstructing it from memory, you upload the recording. A structured draft — themes, next steps, key quotes — is ready to review. You adjust two sentences and confirm.

  3. Wednesday, midday

    Client messages without blurred boundaries

A client sends a voice note at noon. It arrives in their secure diary feed in PR-TOP — not your personal phone. You read it when you open the dashboard. No crossed boundaries. No WhatsApp.

  4. Thursday evening

    The thought that nearly slipped

An observation didn't make it into the session notes. You open PR-TOP, record a quick memo. It is transcribed and saved as a private draft under the right client. Nothing falls through the gap — the draft reaches the client record only after you review it.

  5. Friday, end of week

The week stays at the office

You close PR-TOP for the weekend. The working hours you set mean the service lets clients know you're available Monday. You did not carry the week home — professionally or emotionally.

Automation helps. Decisions stay with you.

PR-TOP can transcribe recordings, structure draft notes, and help you surface context across sessions. Here is what the service does not do:

  • Does not conduct therapy or provide clinical guidance.
  • Does not make diagnoses or reach clinical conclusions.
  • Does not make clinical decisions — that role belongs to you.
  • Does not communicate with your clients on your behalf outside the rules you set.

Every meaningful action requires your review and confirmation.

A pre-agreed protocol — not an emergency service

PR-TOP is not a crisis line and does not contact emergency services. Every between-session escalation follows a protocol you and your client agree on together.

  • You define the signal — what the client sends and what it means.
  • The platform delivers the notification to your chosen channel: Telegram, email, or both.
  • Response timing, quiet hours, and escalation thresholds are all set by you.

We built this so you have more time for yourself

Burnout and compassion fatigue are a reality of helping professions. You need time for proper rest and recovery. We take on the routine tasks, protect your personal boundaries, and free up time for life.

Technology inside PR-TOP

How the platform is built — in plain terms.

Language models for text processing

A Claude-class language model drafts session notes from recordings and answers search queries across your client history. The draft is saved privately; it enters the client record only after your review and approval.

Telegram as the client channel

Clients interact through Telegram, which they already have. You configure the channel — hours, exercises, and protocols. The service does not initiate contact on your behalf.

Application-level encryption

Client records, diary entries, session notes, and transcripts are encrypted at the application layer before they are written to storage. The encryption key is held separately from the data.

EU-based data hosting

Data is stored on servers in the EU, covered by European data-protection law. You can request a full export or deletion at any time.

The technology is a tool. Every decision about your clients stays with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

All confidential data is encrypted at the application level (AES-256). The encryption key is held by PR-TOP and stored separately from the database. Under normal operation, no support or development team member accesses your clinical notes.
During onboarding, you and each client agree on a specific response protocol — a designated signal sent through the client's usual Telegram channel, what it means, and the expected response window. When a client sends that signal, you receive a notification through your configured channels (Telegram, email, or both). Quiet-hour rules, escalation delay, and response thresholds are all set by you. No automated routing to external services — every decision stays with you.
Even with a small caseload, the service handles the routine: transcriptions, notes, reminders. You get more free time. And as your practice grows — a ready infrastructure that scales with you.
Yes. You can create follow-ups, session reminders, and support messages — quickly and conveniently. Your focus stays on therapy, not administration.
Psychologists, therapists, and coaches who keep client histories, assign homework, and want to maintain contact between sessions. The more clients you have — the more time and energy the service saves.
